About me
Erna CATIC is in the Hybrid Threats and Cyber Division of the European External Action Service (EEAS). In her role, she works on Cyber Capacity Building Policy and is the focal point at the EEAS for the cooperation on cyber and hybrid issues with the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership region (particularly Moldova and Ukraine), as well as US and Canada. Prior to her secondment to the EEAS, she was the German Cyber Attaché to NATO and worked on the International Relations team of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in Bonn. Erna holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from King’s College London.
