Adam DOBELL is a Director of Global Security and Technology Strategy at Venable and Coordinator of the Center for Cybersecurity Policy & Law’s Digi Asia Pacific initiative. He has extensive experience in national security and international policy, principally in the Indo-Pacific. Prior to joining Venable, Adam served as the first secretary for the department of home affairs at the Embassy of Australia in Washington DC, where he engaged with officials at the White House and congressional and industry stakeholders to further Australia’s national security interests. He also represented the Australian Government in multilateral groupings including the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, the International Counter Ransomware Initiative, and the Quad. Adam holds a degree from the University of Canberra.
